We operate a strict returns policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returns requested after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be returned in their original condition
- Have all original tags, labels and packaging intact
- Be free from marks, stains, odours, damage or signs of wear
- Include all accessories, boxes, dust bags or other items originally supplied
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service. We are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged before reaching us.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to make any deductions permitted by law where returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them and their value has been reduced.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed where permitted by law. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly stated.

Do not send a return without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Items sent back without following our returns procedure may result in delays.
